My Story
I was born in 1970 in Chattanooga, TN, but was raised in Kenna, WV. I am a 1988 graduate of Ripley High School and a 1993 graduate of West Virginia State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. For the majority of my career, I worked in the College Housing Industry and then in Dental Laboratory Management, however, I had always had a desire to own my own business. In November 2018, that desire became a reality when I purchased the Minuteman Press Store in South Charleston, WV. For me, in owning a business, I experience such a feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment in watching something that I have nurtured and have helped to build, continue to grow and to succeed over time. As I often say, I have never worked harder since I purchased Minuteman Press, but, I have never been happier or more content.
Above all though, my Christian Faith and my Family are paramount in my life and they are the guiding principles that direct everything that I do. I currently reside in Elkview, WV with my wife Dawn, our 15 year old daughter, Emma, our 1 year old Foster Child, Kevin, and our Redbone Hound-Dog named Toby.
